Returns and Exchanges

At Cento Cycling, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange as long as the return is received by us within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

**We now offer return protection for Cento orders called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout. If you add this to your order ($2.98), you can return any item in your order for an exchange, store credit, or a refund for FREE. 

If you choose not to buy Redo, you can of course still return, but you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping label at a reduced shipping rate. (It will be deducted from your refund amount or paid separately in the return portal)**

Closeout Items: Items located in the Clearance/Closeout Section, tagged with the term Clearance or Closeout, are not available for Re:Do protection. We will do everything we can to help you feel satisfied with your purchase, but shipping for returns or exchanges will be the client's responsibility. Exchanges: Items returned for exchange must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags intact and be returned within 30 days of purchase. All exchanges will be shipped back to you free of charge. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Cento Cycling assumes no liability for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds: Items returned for credit card refund must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags intact and be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you choose "store credit" instead of a refund we will also add an additional 5% credit to your store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Cento Cycling assumes no liability for lost or damaged returns. A full refund will be made in the form of the original payment if items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. For items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date, we offer an exchange of product or a gift card. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Defective Items: We, Cento Cycling, stand behind our products. Defects will typically show themselves within 30 days. If you feel you have a defective product (outside of normal wear and tear) our return portal will have options for you to describe defects, upload a photo, and send in for review. 

Please launder or clean any used merchandise being returned. Upon reviewing the item and we agree it is defective, we will either replace or repair that item with the same or similar item. 

What if I return an item after 30 days?
Items returned after 30 days but before 60 days of the original purchase are eligible for exchange or a refund in the form store credit. Store credit will be delivered in the form of an online gift card that will be emailed to your account email address.

What if I want to return an order the old fashioned way?

If you prefer to use our old system to return a package please use the following steps. Contact us regarding your return and complete a Return Authorization Form (RAF). You do not need a Return Authorization number, but we do ask for a fully completed form. Please specify whether you would like an exchange, a repair, a refund or a credit. This saves us a lot of time when we process your return and we thank you for it. Typically a RAF will be included in your package.
