Returns and Exchanges

Sizing
To cut down on returns, make sure you are purchasing the right size.

We attempt to describe all of our jerseys in terms of fit.
- - FITTED (race cut or Euro cut)
- - SEMI-FITTED
- - RELAXED FIT (Club Cut)

Some of our clothing is cut small. Please read the product description to fully understand the fit and cut.

Need Help with Sizing?
We seldom provide sizing charts. Such charts provide guidelines, and we find they can be inaccurate.

If you do not have an 'average' body size and shape then the sizing charts don't work.

We urge customers to contact us for sizing help. Please don't hesitate to give us a call or send us an email. We are happy to help. We'll ask you for your height, weight, waist and chest measurements, and whether you like a loose/relaxed or snug/tight fit.

Cycling Apparel Fit
Cycling clothes are designed to fit correctly when you are in a "tuck" position (i.e. bent forward at the hips like you are riding a bike). Bib braces should feel snug across the shoulders when standing upright, yet comfortable in a tuck position. Most windproof jackets are cut larger than long sleeve jerseys, they designed to be worn with one base layer underneath

What are your return and exchange policies?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange as long as the return is received by us within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returns cannot be processed without a completed Return Authorization Form (RAF). You do not need a Return Authorization number, but we do ask for a fully completed form. Please specify whether you would like an exchange, a repair, a refund or a credit. This saves us a lot of time when we process your return and we thank you for it. Defective Items: We, Cento Cycling, stand behind our products. Defects will typically show themselves within 30 days. If you feel you have a defective product (outside of normal wear and tear) please return it to us with an explanation on the return authorization form, along with a copy of the original receipt and we will take a look.  Please launder or clean any used merchandise being returned. Typically we will replace or repair any defective item with the same or similar item as long as it is within 30 days of the original purchase date. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Consider insuring the package for your protection. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Cento Cycling assumes no liability for lost or damaged returns. 

Exchanges: Items returned for exchange must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags intact and be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a completed Return Authorization Form. All exchanges will be shipped back to you free of charge. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Consider insuring the package for your protection. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Cento Cycling assumes no liability for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds: Items returned for credit card refund must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags intact and be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a completed Return Authorization Form. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Consider insuring the package for your protection. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Cento Cycling assumes no liability for lost or damaged returns. A full refund will be made in the form of the original payment if items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date. For items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date, we offer an exchange of product or a gift card. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

What if I return an item after 30 days?
Items returned after 30 days but before 60 days of the original purchase are eligible for exchange or a refund in the form store credit. Store credit will be delivered in the form of an online gift card that will be emailed to your account email address.
