Thank you for choosing Cento Cycling for your cycling apparel needs! We have designed this Preferred Customer Club with you in mind to give you extra savings when shopping with us.

Preferred membership is a fee based membership that is open to everyone. As a fully paid up member you enjoy a 10% discount off your order (this includes all items on sale too), as well as exclusive offers and sale information. A Preferred Customer membership is recommended to anyone who is anticipating spending more than $300 per year and wants access to the lowest possible prices.

How the Preferred Customer club works:

  •     Place a “Preferred Membership” in your shopping cart. Pay an annual fee of $30.  
  •     Shop online, place items in the shopping cart and upon check-out (when logged in) the discount will be automatically applied

Privileges/Benefits of the Preferred Customer Club:

  • Receive periodic newsletters and special product announcements.
  • 10% discount on all items (including items on sale).
  • Receive exclusive offers and sale information.        

Conditions of the Preferred Customer Club:

  • There is an annual non-refundable Membership fee of $30. This runs from the date you purchase the membership and lasts for one year.
  • Memberships are for individuals and couples only, and not for organizations or businesses.
  • Cento Cycling reserves the right to change policies and benefits and cancel memberships at any time. Please do not order for friends.
  • No purchase is required for membership; however benefits are based on customer purchases.
  • Customers may cancel membership at any time by email or other written notice. There is no penalty for termination.
  • Cento Cycling will not disclose any information about members to any third party other than if legally required.
  • Return Policy: Returns cannot be processed without a completed Return Authorization Form.
    Defective Items: CENTO CYCLING will replace or repair any defective item with the same or similar item as long as it is within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    Exchanges: Items returned for exchange must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags intact and be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a completed return authorization form. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
    Refunds: Items returned for refund must be in re-stockable condition with all bags & tags intact and be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice and a completed return authorization form.

    Cento Cycling assumes no liability for lost or damaged returns. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
